Tammy has been an instructor at SRJC since 1997. Prior to this Tammy was a research scientist at UC Davis in the Department of Nutrition where her primary area of research was the study of nutrition and fetal development. At UC Davis, Tammy also taught Diet Therapy for dietetic majors in nutrition. In addition, Tammy has taught Elementary Nutrition at Yuba City College at the Woodland Campus.
