A proud Sonoma County native, I developed a passion for sports and movement early on while playing soccer throughout my youth and at Santa Rosa Junior College. I went on to earn my B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Sacramento State, where I deepened my understanding of human performance, health, and physical education.

Driven by a desire to give back to my community and support student-athletes, I pursued my M.A. in Kinesiology at Sonoma State University while serving as the Athletic Trainer at Maria Carrillo High School. My experience blends hands-on athletic training with academic knowledge, and I'm passionate about preparing the next generation of professionals in health and human performance through real-world learning and mentorship.
