Professor Lehrer joined the SRJC family in the spring of 2012 as the program director for the radiologic technology program.
He is a 1990 graduate of the Sutter Hospital School for Radiologic Technology in Sacramento. Subsequently, he spent the next 13 years at a Level-I trauma center in the capacity of staff tech, senior tech, and finally a technologist in CT scanning. Professor Lehrer holds several Associate Degrees (2002), Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (1974) and Masters Degree in Radiologic Science (2007). He was employed by Yuba College as a clinical coordinator from 2003 Ѕ█__ 2012. Additionally, he has held a per diem technologist position from 2003 to present.
Professor Lehrer is active with the California Society of Radiologic Technologists where he has participated as a lecturer and conference organizer. Additionally, he serves on the CSRT board of directors and as the CSRT journal editor.
