Lab class sessions will take place in person at Shone Farm on Wednesdays from 1:00-4:00pm. Lecture class sessions will take place online. This section has no regularly scheduled Zoom meetings. More details will be provided in the syllabus distributed by the instructor.

​Nicole is passionate about horticulture and natural resources. She has worked with a variety of agencies as as a botanist, wildland seed collector, and CA native plant propagator and works with clients to increase habitat & biodiversity within their landscapes.  She has also taught elementary and middle school science, and developed environmental education curriculum and summer camps for schools. She is a partner in Merlin Arborist Group, a tree care and consulting firm, and is working on several projects to bolster native seed availability in Sonoma County.
