Lab class sessions will take place in person at Shone Farm on Wednesdays from 1:00-4:00pm. Lecture class sessions will take place online. This section has no regularly scheduled Zoom meetings. More details will be provided in the syllabus distributed by the instructor.

Nicole is passionate about horticulture and natural resources. She has worked with a variety of agencies as as a botanist, wildland seed collector, and CA native plant propagator and works with clients to increase habitat & biodiversity within their landscapes. She has also taught elementary and middle school science, and developed environmental education curriculum and summer camps for schools. She is a partner in Merlin Arborist Group, a tree care and consulting firm, and is working on several projects to bolster native seed availability in Sonoma County.
