Melinda Marquez, AS, CPhT graduated from the SRJC Pharmacy Technology Program with an AS Degree in Pharmacy Technology in 2007. She passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board National Exam to earn her Certified Pharmacy Technician status in 2007. Melinda is licensed by the California State Board of Pharmacy and is employed by Kaiser Santa Rosa, working in the Chemotherapy/Infusion pharmacy. After two years in the Inpatient Pharmacy, she transferred into the Chemo/ Infusion Pharmacy where she has been an integral part of the Chemo pharmacy since 2010. Melinda has utilized her experience and passion by volunteering here in the Pharmacy Technician Program since 2007. She enjoys sharing her knowledge in both lecture and the lab settings. It has been her dream to give back to the program and become a contributing member of the adjunct faculty.
