I was born and raised in Krasnystaw, a small town in Poland and I first moved to the United States as a high school senior. I graduated with a BA in International Studies and a minor in Public Policy and Service from Albion College in Michigan. Shortly after, I moved to Southern California where I received my MBA from Hope International University. 

After a few years of working with non-profits in Sacramento doing workforce development, youth services, and fund development I moved to Santa Rosa. I was a classified staff in the Community and Contract Education Department for a few years. Now, I'm the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Academic Affairs here at SRJC. 

I'm a lifelong student and love learning in any form: reading, professional development, or experiencing new cultures. In my spare time, I love hiking or doing anything else active outside with my husband and two young daughters.
