CLUB FORMS

• Club Activation Form 
  Purpose: Start a new club or renew an existing club each semesters.
   
• Event Application 
  Purpose: Reserve rooms and spaces for club meetings and events. Also used to notify the college about fundraisers (on or off campus).
   
• ICC Grant Application
  Purpose: Request funding from the Inter-Club Council (ICC) for a specific event or activity. 
  Tip: This form is for funding requests, not for spending your club’s existing funds.
   
• Club & Trust Funds Request Form
  Purpose: Request to use your club’s funds or reimburse expenses approved by ICC.
  Tip: Use this form when you’re spending money already in your club’s account or money ICC has approved for your club.
   
• ICC New Club Stipend
  SEMESTER DEADLINES: Fall = end of October; Spring = end of March
