CLUB FORMS

  • Club Activation Form 
    Use this form to start a club, or keep your club active between semesters.
     
  • Event Application 
    Use this form to reserve rooms and spaces for your club's Meetings & Events. Also to notify the college of your club's Fundraisers (on/off campus)
     
  • ICC Grant Application
    Use this form to request funds from the Inter-Club Council (ICC)
     
  • ICC New Club Stipend
    SEMESTER DEADLINES: Fall = end of October; Spring = end of March
