I'd love to meet to discuss ideas to help build community, make your club successful, and help improve the college! Below you will find links to information that people often ask me about. Let me know if anything is missing!

CLUB FORMS

• Club Activation Form 
  Purpose: Start a new club or renew an existing club each semesters.
   
• Event Application 
  Purpose: Reserve rooms and spaces for club meetings and events. Also used to notify the college about fundraisers (on or off campus). Please check in with your Advisor -they are required to confirm any submission. Use one of these forms:
  • > Event Application (for your Advisor/SRJC Staff)
    [Faster option] This form is for SRJC Staff to fill out, because the form connects with district staff accounts the approval process is optimized for staff and is the faster option. 
  • > Student Request: Event Application (for Students)
    Students are encouraged to fill out an Event Application. Because students do not have district staff account the approval routing has an additional step compared to the staff Event Application seen above.
     
• ICC Grant Application
  Purpose: Request funding from the Inter-Club Council (ICC) for a specific event or activity. 
  Tip: This form is for funding requests, not for spending your club’s existing funds.
   
• Club & Trust Funds Request Form
  Purpose: Request to use your club’s funds or reimburse expenses approved by ICC.
  Tip: Use this form when you’re spending money already in your club’s account or money ICC has approved for your club.
   
• ICC New Club Stipend
  SEMESTER DEADLINES: Fall = end of October; Spring = end of March
