Fitness for Older Adults -- : Jun 18 - Aug 06 2025
Class focuses on Gentle Yoga with light weight lifting (2-5#) and balance poses. We will also be introducing Wellness Practices including: Yogic Lymphatic Massage, Foot Exercises and Japanese Acupressure self-help practices. Class ends with deep relaxation.
