ELEANORE W. WEBSTER, SHRM-SCP/CA
Eleanore Webster is Principal of E. W. Webster Associates, a human resources consulting firm, formed in 1987. Webster's areas of specialization include affirmative action, wage and salary administration, job evaluation, safety and health programs, training, employee handbooks and personnel policies. Webster provides a variety of services, including on site human resources management for firms that do not require a full time Human Resources Department.
As part of her consulting practice, Eleanore also conducts training programs in Human Resources for clients and at public seminars. The most frequent topics include: Interviewing Skills, EEO Compliance, Performance Appraisal and Prevention of Sexual Harassment. Eleanore teaches courses in Human Resources Management at Santa Rosa Junior College; she has also taught at Golden Gate University and Sonoma State University.
Prior to starting her consulting firm, Eleanore worked in the private sector for 12 years serving as Human Resources Director for a manufacturing company, and Human Resources Manager for an insurance firm.
Eleanore obtained her B.S. degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, and her MS degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Eleanore is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (with a specialization in California) through the Society for Human Resources Management. She is also a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and past president of the Personnel Association of Sonoma County (PASCO).
