Causation and Detection of Wine Faults -- : Jan 19 - Mar 16 2023
This class will meet on Zoom at the day and time indicated here. Students are expected to attend via Zoom each week. Aroma kits will be provided by the instructor for pickup at the college on a designated day(s). Mailing of kits for out-of-town students can be arranged.

Deborah Parker Wong, DWSET is Global Wine Editor for sister publications the SOMM Journal and The Tasting Panel magazines. In 2020 she was appointed National Editor, US for the Slow Food Slow Wine guide. Deborah teaches as an adjunct professor in the Wine Studies departments at Santa Rosa and Cabrillo Junior Colleges and she owns a Wine & Spirit Education Trust school offering Level 2 and Level 3 certifications. In addition to writing and speaking about wine, she consults to producer groups, judges wine competitions and produces and hosts vodcasts. Her motto is: To learn, read. To know, write.
