Claire is a marine mammal biologist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in pinniped ecology, population dynamics, and applied wildlife field techniques. She is passionate about education and especially enjoys teaching students in the field — from population ecology and tidepooling to practical outdoor skills like setting up a tent — helping connect ecological theory to hands-on experience.
