This class focuses on Hip Dance Fitness. Hip Dance Fitness offers a cultural dance fitness experience inspired by Tahitian dance. This unique style of dance focuses on fluid, controlled rhythmic hip movements paired with graceful arm movements that tell a story and enhance the flow of the dance. These low-impact hip motions improve core strength and flexibility while experiencing a deep connection to the powerful beat of the Tahitian drums. Hip Dance Fitness is a low-impact movement that supports balance, coordination, and joint mobility, making it a safe and effective form of movement at your own level. Beyond the physical benefits, it creates a welcoming space for social connection and the rich traditions of Polynesian dance.

The class focuses on Chair Fitness: The Chair Fitness Class focuses on improving muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, core strength, and balance while exercising safely from a seated position. The exercises are designed to be safe, supportive, and accessible for all fitness levels.
