As a marketing director and consultant, I have worked with businesses in a variety of fields; most of them have been in services, consumer products, retail, online and e-commerce.

My approach to marketing strategy emphasizes four things:
  1. Developing a marketing strategy that is consistent with the company__s overall strategy and mission,
  2. Building a brand that is consistent Ѕ█__ that meets the customers__ expectations time after time,
  3. Emphasizing specific desired actions, whether those actions be a purchase, seeking further information or a visit, or referring others, and
  4. Creating scalability so that marketing can grow and flourish as sales grow and/or key strategic landmarks are reached.

With a strong project management background, I especially focus on goal-setting, which includes establishing key landmark achievements, and monitoring continual progress in small chunks.
