My experience has consisted of working as an employee and as a consultant for both public and private firms.  I started my winemaking career with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement starting with employment at a large corporate winery.  I eventually moved into luxury winemaking, consulting and education when I moved to the North Coast to raise my family.  In my consulting business, I train winemakers and vintners internationally about business strategy, operations, grower relations, quality production practices and building successful brands.
