Early Childhood Care and Education Practicum -- : Aug 15 - Dec 05 2022
This course meets face-to-face on the following Mondays 6:00PM-9:00PM 8/15/22, 8/22/22, 8/29/22, 9/12/22, 10/3/22,10/10/22,10/17/22,10/24/22, 11/7/22, 11/14/22, 12/5/22. Course consists of 3 weekly class hours and 9 weekly practicum lab hours. Upon registration, students must sign up for 9 specific weekly practicum hours.

Academic Experience

I am a full-time instructor in the Child Development Department.  I have taught at SRJC part-time and full-time since 1997. I have also been an adjunct instructor at Napa Valley College and Pacific Oaks College. Prior to teaching at the college level, I was a preschool teacher and director and I worked with children ages 6 months to 8 years old in full-day child care and after-school care.
